Affordable TUITION
Assumption Catholic School is committed to providing families with an AFFORDABLE Catholic School option. Every family that submits a FACTS Grant & Aid application will receive an automatic Archdiocesan Grant that will be applied to our full school tuition rate of $7,800.
The resulting balance is the Family Obligation portion, which is detailed in the charts below. The Family Obligation is collected through the FACTS Tuition system over a 10-month period, beginning July 10, 2024 through April 10, 2025.
Additional tuition assistance that may lower the Family Obligation is awarded once the FACTS Grant & Aid application is reviewed.

Tuition for 4 or More Students
For each child beyond three children (4+), the family obligation is determined by the "Tuition for Three Children" level; then adding $1,500 to that obligation for each additional child.
For example, a family with four children at the lowest income level will have a family obligation of $8,400 ($6,900 for three children + $1,500 for the additional child).

Pre-K Program Participation Cost
There is an additional amount of $500 that is added to the family obligation for each child that will participate in the Pre-Kindergarten programs for three and four year old children.
For example, a family at the lowest income level enrolling one child in PK4 will have a family obligation of $2,800 ($2,300 for one child + $500 for PK enrollment).

Fees

Application & Enrollment Fees
All families pay a $50 application fee for each child they intend to enroll. This cost covers administrative costs.
Registation fee ($150for returning student before February 9. 2025, $200 new student) and an Academic & Technology fee ($500) separate from the tuition (or Family Obligation). These enrollment fees are required of each child to ensure that school resources (such as books, general supplies, and digital resrouces) can be secured prior to the first day of school.
*All enrollment fees are Non-Refundable. If a child is withdrawn during the school year, the family will still be responsible for the remainder of the enrollment fees not yet collected during the 10-monthly payments.Fundraising & Volunteer Requirements
ALL Assumption families are required to participate fully in the community. To that end each family has fundraising and volunteer committments that must be completed during the school year. A breakdown of these family expectations will be posted to this website by March 10, 2025.Other Potential Fees

- Field Trips during the school year
- Grade-specific events, such as 8th-grade graduation, Camp Kappe, and retreats
- Participation in Athletic and other extracurricular activities

Admission to Assumption Catholic School is based on class capacity and availability of resources as well as the developmental, scholastic, and behavioral qualifications of the applicant. The Principal has final authority over all admission decisions and may decline admission at his/her discretion.
